# How many team members can I have in Densy?

> Free covers 3 people in your organization, you included, and Densy Plus covers 6. What takes a seat and how to free one up.

The limit is per organization and depends on its plan.

## What takes a seat

- Everyone in the organization, you included, whatever their role.
- Every invitation under **Pending invitations**, expired ones too, until it's accepted or deleted.

Deactivated members don't take a seat. The count, for example 2 / 3, is next to the **Team** heading in Settings, which only admins see.

## When every seat is taken

**Invite member** is greyed out. To free a seat:

- delete a pending invitation, or
- click ⋮ (Options) next to someone and choose **Deactivate**.

## If your organization goes back to Free

Nobody is removed, and pending invitations can still be accepted. You just can't invite anyone or use **Restore access** until fewer than 3 seats are taken.
