How to communicate with clients in Densy?

You can communicate with clients in Densy in two main ways.

A. Project Discussion
Within each project, you can use the Discussion tab to manage centralized client communication related to the overall project.

B. Product-level Comments
You can also communicate directly on individual products. By leaving comments on specific product selections, both the designer and the client have a clear overview of feedback linked to each item.

This keeps communication structured, transparent, and directly connected to concrete design decisions.

How to invite a client or supplier to a project?

The recommended way to invite a client or supplier to a project is to first add them through the “Contacts” tab in the left sidebar. There, you can enter the client’s name, phone number, and other relevant details.

How are clients notified about project updates?

Currently, client notifications are sent via email.
Clients receive a summary email every 4 hours containing all project updates and changes made during that time period.

To manage client visibility and permissions, open „Share project“ and click the three-dot menu next to the selected client. Then choose “Permission Settings.”
