What to do if a team invitation email was not received?

If the invitation email does not appear in the recipient’s inbox, first ask them to check their Spam folder.

If the invitation was not delivered at all, go to the “Pending Invitations” section in your account settings. There, you can open the three-dot menu next to the specific invitation and select “Copy Invitation Link.” You can then send the invitation link to your colleague manually.

Alternatively, you can delete the original invitation and send a new one.
