To invite colleagues to your Densy account, click on your initials or avatar in the top-right corner and select “Account Settings.” Then open the “Invite Team Members” section.
If the invitation email does not appear in the recipient’s inbox, first ask them to check their Spam folder. If the invitation was not delivered at all, go to the “Pending Invitations” section in your account settings.
Yes, you can cancel a sent invitation at any time.
Go to the “Pending Invitations” section in your account settings. Open the three-dot menu next to the relevant invitation and select “Delete.”
To set up your custom logo and branding, click on your initials or avatar in the top-right corner and select “Organization Settings.”
To install the Densy Product Clipper extension, you need to use the Google Chrome browser. Click on your initials or avatar in the top-right corner of your Densy account and select “Get Densy Product Clipper.”
If you would like to upgrade from the free Basic plan to Densy Plus, go to “Account Settings” by clicking on your initials or avatar in the top-right corner of your account.
Your recommendation to fellow interior designers is highly valued, and we believe it should be fairly rewarded. For every designer you refer who joins Densy and creates a real project, you will receive 1 month of Densy Plus for free.
At the moment, it is not possible to delete your Densy user account directly within the platform.

Create your first project by clicking the “+ Create new project” button in your dashboard.
To add product variants, click on the three-dot menu on a product card and select “Add Alternative Option.” You can also select multiple products and choose “Group as Alternatives” from the bulk actions panel to organize them as alternative options.

The maximum file size for a single attachment in Densy is 500 MB. The total storage limit depends on your subscription plan. In the free Basic plan, you have 3 GB of storage available for your entire account. With the Densy Plus plan, the total account storage increases to 80 GB.
To export a project to PDF, open the selected room and click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner. Select “Export to PDF.”

Yes, you can control project access through user roles and sharing settings in Densy. In Account Settings, you assign roles to team members.
After you delete your account or stop using Densy, you can download your data for up to 90 days. After this period, all data may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
The recommended way to invite a client or supplier to a project is to first add them through the “Contacts” tab in the left sidebar. There, you can enter the client’s name, phone number, and other relevant details.
Currently, client notifications are sent via email.
Clients receive a summary email every 4 hours containing all project updates and changes made during that time period.
You can communicate with clients in Densy in two main ways: you can use the Discussion tab or directly on individual products.
To manage client visibility and permissions, open „Share project“ and click the three-dot menu next to the selected client. Then choose “Permission Settings.”
